Our receptionists are also our drivers. If there is no one at reception when you arrive, please follow the instructions at the information desk. We'll be there soon.
Our parks are fenced and secured with gates.
The gates are opened during the time we are on site.
All areas have lighting spotlights and are monitored with surveillance cameras.
Don't forget to lock and remove valuables from the car. Trosta Parking is not responsible for theft of property from the vehicle, parking damages occurred during parking time and other unforeseen events inside or outside your vehicle.
The payment is done on site. You can use card (Visa Mastercard, American Express).
Please note that we do not refund for unused services.
There is a reception with a small waiting area. Customers can buy water, soft drinks, coffee and snacks. Payment is done with card or swish.
We do have a booster service, free of charge. Please contact the reception by calling +46 8 20 36 10 and we will help you as soon as possible.
Entry to the car park is valid 15 minutes before and a maximum of 75 minutes after the reserved arrival time at Trosta. Booking is canceled 75 minutes after booked time. If you arrive outside these hours, please give us a call at +46 8 20 36 10.
Cancelations are free of charge up to 12 hours before arrival. After that, you may be subject to a cancelation fee.

Check-outs & check-ins are available 24h a day.
Please make sure your booking information is correct. We are only at the parking when we have bookings.
From Trosta to Arlanda: our buses depart approximately at the time specified in your booking. Please let us know if you will be running late.
From Arlanda to Trosta: upon arrival you will receive an SMS from us. Please respond to the SMS when you leave the customer area heading to the pick-up point. The driver will pick you up as soon as possible.
Please note that you must reply to the text message in order to be picked up.

Some services are performed by our partners, carefully selected and highly qualified.
Our parking is prepared for vehicles up to 5 meters in length. In case your car is longer than that, please send us an email to [boka@trostaparkering.se](mailto:boka@trostaparkering.se) and we will try to come up with a solution for you. Please note that if you arrive at reception with a long car without our knowledge, we cannot guarantee a parking space for you.
Subscriptions for long periods are possible. Please send us an email explaining what you pretend. We will evaluate your situation carefully and get back to you as soon as possible.
The parking is located 5-7 minutes from the airport.
Yes. As long as you provide us with the correct arrival information (date, hour and flight number) we can always track your flight and be aware of delays. After landing, please follow the normal procedure. If your flight is canceled, please email us the new flight details at [boka@trostaparkering.se](mailto:boka@trostaparkering.se).
Yes. Please send us an email at [boka@trostaparkering.se](mailto:boka@trostaparkering.se) with the service you would like to book and we will updated your booking. You can pay the remaining upon check-out.
We need approximately 15 minutes for check-in, parking and transport to the airport. Please be aware of the information provided by your airline in order to decide the best time to arrive at the parking.
Our shuttle buses run when necessary, according to the bookings we have (to and from the airport). The bus only runs when we have bookings. Please make sure you enter your arriving details correctly.
Yes. Please order your child sit upon check-in.
Yes. We offer two different services for this:
Key Standard – You park the car yourself, and we securely store your car key.
Key VIP – We park your car for you upon arrival and bring it out for you upon return.Your key is safely locked in a secure safe.
