This website belongs to FORVALTNIGNSKONSULTERNA I NORRA EUROPA AB, hereinafter referred to as Trosta Parkering. This Terms and Conditions stablish the relation between Trosta Parkering and the website user. Such policies may be subject to change whenever Trosta Parkering considers necessary.
If Trosta Parkering decides to change these Terms and Conditions, the new version shall replace this one from the date it is published on the website. The relationship between Trosta Parkering and all users will always be governed by the version uploaded on the website.
We advise all our customers to consult and be familiar with the Terms and Conditions in effect.
Users who do not agree to these terms and conditions may not continue to use this website or book any services through it.
The website's purpose is to provide commercial and operating information considered relevant to the users of Trosta Parkering.
PAYMENT METHODS
All payments are done at the parking, upon arrival. Customer will be charged upon check-out for extra days, or extra services booked in the period he was parked.
Users may choose to pay any of the booked services with a credit card, cash or swish.
Credit Card
For card payment purposes, Trosta Parkering accepts payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards that the user may be the beneficiary.
Swish
Customers may also pay with Swish. In order to do that, they should be able to use the mobilie app, which happens only in case they have a Swedish Bank Account and a valid mobile BankID.
Price policy
All prices mentioned include VAT at the legal rate in force in Sweden.
Exchange policy
The currency used as basis for the prices of the services mentioned is Swedish Krona, and the final purchase takes place in the same currency.
PARKING SERVICE
Products and Prices
Trosta Parkering has a wide variety of parking areas, all located in Trosta business area. The prices are the same in all parking areas.
Trosta Parkering reserves the right to choose in which parking area customers will park.
Trosta Parkering reserves the right to close/open any of the areas at any time, when maintenence is needed.
Prices and existing types of parking that are shown on the website, are subject to change and updates without previous notice.
Trosta Parkering reserves the right to outsource some of the services announced on the website. In case some service is temporary unavailable, for reasons beyond our control, customer can be informed upon check in.
General Booking Conditions
When booking a service, the client must correctly fill in the details requested at the form; otherwise the booking may not be valid.
Whenever a client books a service they will receive a confirmation e-mail. Customer must have with them the booking number upon check in, either printed or in an eletronic device.
All bookings should be made on the website, up to 24 hours before arrival.
Entering/Exiting the Park
Customers must check-in at the reception before entering any parking area. After checking-in, they will be forwarded by one of the drivers to the respective parking area.
On the return, the driver will take the customer directly to the respetive parking area. Customer may then proceed to the exit.
Damages
Trosta Parking is not responsible for theft of property from the vehicle, parking damage occurred during parking time and any unforeseen events inside or outside your vehicle. Customers are responsible for locking and removing valuables from the car.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel/reschedule the booking with no added cost, up to 12 hours before the estimated arrival time. All cancellations less than 12 hours before may be sujected to a fee.
To cancel/reschedule the booking, clients should contact our services through the email boka@trosta parkering or by calling +46 8 20 36 10.
If the customer does not show up within 75 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled. The customer will subsequently be instructed to pay a fee.
If the booked services will not be used, for reasons beyond the responsibility of Trosta Parkering, there will be no refund.
