When does Trosta Parkering collect data?
We do collect data in two different ways:
Making a booking
We collect data from our users when filling our a booking form. In order to conclude the booking, the customer must provide his name, email address, phone number and registration number of the car.
The personal data collected is crucial for our activity as a service provider. The provision of data implies knowledge and acceptance of this privacy policy.
Visiting our webpage
When a user enters any of the website pages, information about interaction and access is collected by the company. This data consists of keywords used in the search, performance within the website, profiles or URLs from which the user comes, the browser used, access IP, geographic and linguistic information.
Why do we collect your data?
Your personal data is collected to facilitate our work at the car park. It is using your personal data that we identify your reservation upon arrival and whenever needed. This will help us to provide you with a better service, as well as improve the customer experience.
Also, it will automatically generate you a profile in our system. Your personal data will be stored and added to our Customer Relationship Management programme. You will from that date receive our newsletters with our best prices and special offers.
The data collected while visiting our page will be used to improve our online performance. The data will be processed and analyzed using Google Analytics, for statistical purposes. Improving our online performance is also improving our services and the way we relate to our customers.
